What we collect
- Email address when you subscribe through our landing pages (processed by Systeme.io, our email delivery provider) to deliver the free calculator and technical updates.
- License key and optional email when you activate the Suite Pro. These are stored in our license database (Google Sheets via Google Apps Script) solely to manage seats and prevent key sharing.
- Device fingerprint (a random local identifier) stored only in your browser's local storage to recognize activated devices. It never leaves your machine except as part of an activation request.
What we do not collect
- No engineering inputs: distances, losses, voltages, or project data stay on your device. Save/Load uses only your browser's local storage.
- No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this blog.
How long we keep data
Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe (link included in every email). License records are kept for the life of the product to honor your license terms.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to admin@apexflowsystems.net. We respond within 30 days.
