About Apex Flow Systems

Apex Flow Systems was founded by Argenis Goudet Herrera, a network technician who spent over seven years deploying and maintaining fiber access infrastructure, including FTTH rollouts in rural Venezuela.

The company exists because of a repeated observation: engineering teams were validating critical optical designs with fragile spreadsheets and cloud tools that fail exactly where the work happens — in the field, without connectivity.

Our response is a suite of offline-first calculation tools that follow international standards (ITU-T, NEC, IEEE) strictly: link budget validation, splitter cascade simulation, OSP bill of materials, voltage drop sizing, and battery backup sizing.

Principles

• Offline first. Tools must work where the network does not.
• Standards first. Constants and thresholds come from published recommendations, not vendor marketing.
• Ownership. One license, your machine, no subscription lock-in.
